What are your business hours?

Who can order from Allied Medica?

We welcome orders from medical professionals of any discipline and focus out there. However, it should be noted that certain items can only be purchased by professionals who have the appropriate licenses. You can also use your medical director’s license to purchase from use if you work at their clinic, medical spa, hospital, or doctor’s office. We will require an authorization form, which can be obtained from your sales representative. 

Is there a minimum number of units I need to order to get wholesale discounts?

All our products have special wholesale prices on quantities from one to one hundred or more and the more you order, the more you save. Ask your sales representative for more information about high-volume discounts. 

What payment methods does Allied Medica accept?

You can use a Visa or Mastercard credit card to place an order. We currently do not offer credit terms.

What currency are the prices listed in?

Although we do sometimes offer price estimates in your local currency, we generally make use of USD to display prices in order to keep everything uniform and to ensure your convenience. Your purchases and final price will be in US dollars. 

Does Allied Medica price match?

Yes, we do price match. If you currently pay less at another distributor for the same product, with the same packaging, shipping terms, and other fees, let us know. Be sure to provide your receipt or invoice and we will do our best to match that lower price. 

Can I earn extra discounts by referring others to Allied Medica?

We offer a referral program to thank you for letting other medical professionals know about our service. Tell them to mention your name when they set up their new account or let us know their contact information so we can reach out to them. Once your referral sets up their new account and places at least $3,000 worth in orders, you will receive $500 worth of credit on your account. This account credit is applicable toward any items of your choice on our website. The more people you refer, the more you can earn, so start spreading the word today. 

The product I want is not in Allied Medica’s catalog. Do you carry it?

Despite our extensive catalog, it’s possible that there are certain items we currently don’t offer. We always have new products coming in which may not yet be listed in our catalog and we may have older products that are on clearance. Plus, if there is a product we do not carry, we will do our best to source it for you at a low wholesale price. Please don’t hesitate to call and ask one of the sales representatives to assist you in this matter.

Where does Allied Medica get its products?

Our products come from the original manufacturers in Europe. You will always receive the same original, high-quality medical products you know and trust.

Does Allied Medica sell genuine products?

All our products are genuine, sealed, unadulterated products in the original manufacturer’s packaging, and are exactly the same as you can find in your local distributor, with only a possible difference being in local packaging variation. Some products include a seal or holographic image to verify you are receiving a genuine product. When your order arrives, you should check for these quality-verification features to ensure you do receive a genuine product. You should also check the package condition and ensure the original manufacturer’s seal is in place. If you have any questions or concerns when your order arrives, please contact one of our sales representatives ASAP.

Are your products different from the ones I get from my local distributor?

Most pharmaceutical and medical device companies produce their products in one factory, in one country, then change their labels to ship the products all around the world. Various regions may have different product packaging requirements, and marketing agreements in different areas may also affect the packaging. Even when all the products are manufactured in the same factory, different regions may have different packaging, so when you order a product from your local distributor, it may be made in the same factory as products from other countries but there may be slight packaging differences.

When there is a factory in Europe, they may follow the regulations of multiple international regulatory authorities, such as the European Union, the United States, Canada, and others. This helps ensure the products meet the high-quality standards various countries require. Since Europe tends to be an innovator in medical aesthetics, they may also have a wider selection of products available than your local distributor. Before placing an order, set up your free account online or by phone. Once this id sorted out, you can choose the products you want to purchase and check them out online. Another option we offer is to call, fax, or email our sales representatives in order to place your order.
