What is this product?
Intraline Cog Threads are medical sutures specifically deigned to tighten and lift skin for the purposes of addressing age-related skin concerns, such as volumetric loss and laxity. These threads come in packs containing 10 threads each.
What is it made of?
Intraline Cog Threads are made of polydioxanone, a bioresorbable material that is common in most medically-utilized devices. The cogs present along the length of the thread add traction and increase holding power while preventing thread migration. Two models with varying specifications are available: the C19100 Dimension and the C2190. The C19100 Dimension cog threads have a gauge size of 19G and a length range of 100 to 140mm, while the C2190 models have a gauge size of 21G and a length range of 90 to 150mm.
What are its uses?
When inserted under the skin, these threads physically tighten and lift ptotic skin. Cogged threads are versatile and can be used in many parts of the face and body, including the cheeks, neck, temporal region, and jawline.
How long do its effects last?
Results typically last for up to 18 months.
